Triggers, emotional eating, food pushers, special occasions, stress, feelings of deprivation, discouragement, lack of motivation, scale avoidance, disappointment, and other challenges that interfere with your weight loss efforts.
Starting in March is an 8-Week Think Fit Weight Mgmt Group. This cognitive-behavioral approach to weight loss and maintenancee will be offered in person and virtually. Lose weight by learning how to think differently. You will no longer think like an overweight, unhealthy you, but instead a fitter, thinner you!
Insurance is accepted for in person attendance. The sessions will be followed by fitness training with Justin Bush. The fitness session monthly is discounted from $159 to $89 a month, charged on the 1st of the month. Attendance in the 90% of group therapy sessions provides the discount for fitness. You will receive weigh ins and measurements, a nutrition program, plus so many skills for weight loss.
